Richard Mack served in law enforcement for 20 years, with duties including Patrol Officer, Corporal, Sergeant, Undercover Agent, School Resource Officer and Detective (specializing in preventing crimes against children). In 1988 he was elected to the office of Sheriff in Graham County, Arizona, where he was raised. He served as sheriff for eight years. In 1991, while serving as sheriff, he graduated from the FBI Academy. He has been married to his wife, Dawn, for 50 years. They have 5 children and 15 grandchildren.
He became the first sheriff in American history to sue the federal government, a case that was ultimately combined with motions from other sheriffs into Mack/Printz vs US and was decided by the US Supreme Court. The 1994 case against the Clinton administration was regarding provisions of the Brady Bill; a gun control measure that required sheriffs to perform background checks on potential gun buyers. The court ruled that the federal government could not compel state or local officers to enforce federal regulatory programs; it has been hailed as the most powerful Tenth Amendment decision in USA history.
Sheriff Mackl has been named NRA Law Officer of the Year, was inducted into the NRA Hall of Fame, received the Cicero Award, the Samuel Adams Leadership Award, Gun Owners of America’s, Defender of Second Amendment Award, Elected Official of the Year Award (by the Arizona/New Mexico Coalition of Counties), etc.
He has authored a number of books on subjects such as the proper role of law enforcement, the power of the office of sheriff, gun control, state’s rights and related issues.
He has appeared on CNN, FOX, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, Newsmax, NYTimes, LA Times, USA Today, over
1,000 radio networks worldwide, and countless Internet streams.
Sheriff Mack is the Founder and President of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. This organization is dedicated to the restoration of individual liberty and the protection of fundamental rights, and has provided hundreds of training seminars to Sheriffs, Police, and Public Officials in all 50 States and in several countries across the world.

Without a doubt, Loy Brunson is a patriot of the highest degree.
Growing up in a conservative family with a father who taught his four sons the importance of the Constitution and service to God, Loy learned what he teaches today… that words without action are meaningless. His was always a tight-knit family and continue to be so today.
In his youth, he and his three brothers had a musical band, The Brunson Brothers. They appeared multiple times on a popular show of its time, The Liberace Show, where they all played trumpets in upbeat and engaging comedy, songs, and tons of fun.
As each moved into his own profession, their commitment to faith, family and truth continued. However, music has always been a place where they come together and let off a little steam. His brother’s 6,000 square studio is their stomping grounds.
In 2020 Loy and his other brothers realized the enormity of the presidential election travesty. One brother is well learned in constitutional law. Another has a printing firm. Using their skills and passions, they came together to attack the beast that stole the 2020 election.
Ultimately, all three entered individual cases with a direction to the Supreme Court of the united States of America. One case was dismissed and two moved forward. Loy’s case remains active.
Now that Loy is “officially” retired, he continues to educate, entertain and address constitutional challenges before the American people. Although Loy has never married, he and his brothers remain in close proximity to each other.

Joe Banister is the first and only IRS Criminal Investigation Division Special Agent ever to investigate allegations of deceitful and illegal conduct in the agency’s administration and enforcement of the federal income tax system and report the results of his investigation first to IRS management and executives and then to the American people.
Despite having served as the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Coordinator, Asset Forfeiture Coordinator and Firearms and Defensive Tactics Coordinator for the IRS Central California District, and despite having earned a special act award, certificate of recognition award, performance award, sustained superior performance award and top athlete award above and beyond his routine investigative duties, Banister’s evidence and concerns were summarily rebuffed and he was “encouraged” to resign from the agency.
He resigned on February 25, 1999 in order to abide by his oath to support and defend the United States Constitution.
Joe is a devout Christian who seeks to emulate and represent the messages of Yahushua Messiah and our Father in Heaven. One of his pet projects is to encourage film and television producers, directors, writers, actors and actresses to refrain from using God’s or Jesus’ Name in vain in their films and shows.
